Article 1 – Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions of NAICE B.V.
• NAICE: NAICE B.V., the contractor that offers and performs the AI Services.
• AI Services: all services related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, consultancy, education, development of AI solutions and related technologies as described in the Assignment.
• AI Technology: all products of the mind, material, information, technologies, including AI algorithms, machine learning models, neural networks, calculation methods, methodologies and other intellectual property, developed by or owned by NAICE
• Deliverables: means the performances and work products referred to in the Engagement Confirmation that are or must be delivered by NAICE to the Client pursuant to the Engagement
• Assignment: all that has been agreed between NAICE and the client regarding AI Services.
• Client: any natural or legal person with whom NAICE enters into an Assignment or makes an offer.
